Relationship Counselling

When relationships feel strained or disconnected, it can be painful and confusing. Together we explore patterns, rebuild trust, improve communication, and re‑establish emotional connection. Support may include managing conflict and difficult conversations, reconnecting emotionally, rebuilding trust after betrayal or long‑term strain, understanding and changing negative cycles, and navigating life transitions. Who it’s for: Couples, partners, and individuals at any stage of relationship.

Individual Counselling

Personal counselling offers a calm, confidential space to explore your experiences, emotions, and choices. We focus on what matters most to you and build practical tools for resilience. Common areas include anxiety, depression, grief and life transitions, burnout and stress, self‑esteem and identity, emotional regulation, relationship patterns and boundaries, and coping with debilitating health issues. Who it’s for: Individuals seeking thoughtful, respectful support.

Career Planning Support

Choosing or changing a path is about more than a job - it’s about meaning, values, and fit. Sessions are guided conversations tailored to your needs. We may explore your interests, strengths, and values; personality‑career fit; study or training options; realistic pathways; practical steps and emotional readiness; and family or cultural pressures. Tools may include narrative and reflective techniques, psychosocial frameworks, values clarification, and career‑related self‑assessments. This is not a psychometric testing service. Who it’s for: High school learners, university students, young adults, and adults navigating change.

Workshops & Seminars

Interactive workshops for groups, organisations, and faith‑based communities. Focus areas include emotional resilience, relationship skills, communication, self‑care and personal growth, and supporting helping professionals and caregivers. Formats include 60–90 minute talks, half‑day, or full‑day sessions.
