I’m Alex Keen, a registered Social Worker since 1977, and a specialist in individual and relationship counselling. My work is grounded in over four decades of experience across hospitals, universities, child welfare, and private practice. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and communities through many seasons of life - supporting healing, clarity, and deeper connection.
